Knight Frank Kenya has been unveiled as the official real estate partner of Nondescripts Rugby Football Club, Kenya's oldest rugby institution. The partnership was announced during the inaugural Ruff N Tuff 7s Invitational Series press briefing held at The Red Lion, the historic grounds of Nondescripts Club.
The collaboration brings together two pioneering Kenyan brands, with Nondescripts RFC founded in 1923 and Knight Frank Kenya established in 1997. The partnership aims to enhance Nondescripts RFC's community and sporting initiatives during its 103rd anniversary year.
"We believe in building strong foundations in real estate and in the community," said Mark Dunford, CEO of Knight Frank Kenya. "Partnering with Nondescripts Rugby Football Club is a natural fit, as both our brands embody tradition and stand for resilience, teamwork, and excellence."
As the official real estate partner, Knight Frank Kenya will support Nondescripts RFC's programming throughout the 7s season. The alliance between the two institutions underscores a shared commitment to institutional excellence and community impact.
The Ruff N Tuff 7s Invitational Series, scheduled for July 12, will kick off with title sponsors Crown Paints and SportPesa. Knight Frank Kenya's involvement adds a corporate partner rooted in heritage, aligning with Nondescripts RFC's long-standing role in developing rugby talent and promoting sportsmanship in Kenya.
This partnership highlights the growing intersection between sports and corporate social responsibility in Kenya, with both parties poised to make a positive impact on the community.
