STRATEGIC BUSINESS & LEADERSHIP AWARDS 2025 HONOREES UNVEILED
Africa’s leadership and corporate excellence took center stage today as Strategic Nest Corporation (SNC) announced the honorees of the 2025 Strategic Business & Leadership Awards (SBLA 2025). The recognition, described as one of the continent’s most rigorous and credible platforms, seeks to spotlight leaders and institutions shaping Africa’s future through innovation, service, and transformative impact.
Speaking during the press briefing at the Garden Estate headquarters of SNC, the Head of Secretariat, Samuel Njuguna Kariuki, described the announcement as a proud milestone in celebrating Africa’s true change-makers.
“This recognition is not bought, not lobbied for, and not voted on. It is earned – through demonstrated leadership, innovation, and service,” said Kariuki.
He emphasized that SNC’s mission is to build platforms that recognize, amplify, and strategically position excellence across Africa.
This year’s honorees were identified after months of rigorous research, community consultations, and independent vetting by SNC’s Board of Directors. Out of a pool of 297 CEOs and 362 corporates, the Secretariat endorsed a select group across three categories: Top 20 Visionary CEOs, Top 20 Impactful Corporates, and 10 Special Recognitions.

According to SNC, the awards aim to inspire the next generation of African leaders by showcasing individuals and institutions making real impact from a place of purpose.
“We believe Africa’s greatest wealth is not its land, minerals, or industries – it is her people. Yet the real change-makers are rarely celebrated. That’s why we built The Nest – a home where Africa’s excellence is recognized, nurtured, and given wings to inspire generations,” Kariuki said.
The awards gala night is scheduled to take place on November 7, 2025, at Villa Rosa Kempinski, Nairobi, where honorees will be officially celebrated.
